Project Description

1ClearWater is a water quality monitoring company based in Vancouver, Canada. Soft water can erode copper pipes, and in large condominiums, this pinhole leaks in supply lines can lead to expensive repairs. Their specialized equipment monitors condominium water supplies in real time and balances the pH and mineral content of the water supply to prevent pinhole leaks in copper pipes.

1ClearWater hired RFG Software to create a custom web and mobile CRM which allows their office staff and technicians to share field reports and customer data in real time. Technicians can now upload images and readings from the installations and are reminded when chemical levels run low.
